ABOUT ME

Despite growing up in the Welsh Valleys I managed to make it through my formative years with neither a moustache nor a teenage wife and 6 babies.

After school it was off to university, first Leeds, then Cardiff, studying Human Biology and Computer Science respectively.

Girder man

At the turn of the century I moved to London and began a mostly fruitful career as a Software Developer, eventually becoming the partner in a successful software consultancy. 2006 saw a return to Wales, where I now live in Cardiff with my lovely wife and two sons.

"Wife and children", I hear you remark, "wouldn't that make you" - yes, you're right, I'm too old to be writing computer games about Hobo Boxing, or running a website full of childish hand drawn robot sketches. But c'mon people, we have to be serious and grown up so much of the time - I've got a regular job where I write sensible code all day, so isn't it good to just do something stupid once in a while, and write a computer program which lets you time your poo-breaks in work?

It isn't?

Oh bugger.

I guess you'd better not take the blue pill then...
